The Laboratory of Nonlinear Circuits, Systems & Complexity (LaNSCom) belongs to the Department of Applied and Environmental Physics, of the School of Physics of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
The research interests of LanSCom members are part of the broader scientific field of Physics applications and cover a wide range of subjects, such as:
- Design of nonlinear electrical circuits.
- Study of nonlinear phenomena in circuits, systems and materials.
- Design and study of circuits with memristors.
- Control and synchronization of coupled chaotic circuits.
- Design of chaotic secure communication and cryptographic systems.
- Simulation and study of economic models using nonlinear theory and Chaos (Econophysics).
- Control of robotic systems by using nonlinear systems.
- Study of the dynamic behavior of biological systems (neuronal systems, cancer and epidemiological models)
